Potestivo & Associates Welcomes New Supervising Bankruptcy Attorney

Potestivo & Associates Jordan SegalMichigan-based default servicing legal services provider Potestivo & Associates, P.C., has announced the addition of Jordan Segal as the firm's supervising bankruptcy attorney.

Segal is experienced in the areas of bankruptcy, foreclosure, eviction, fair debt collection practices, and real estate litigation. Immediately prior to joining Potestivo & Associates, Segal served as assistant city solicitor in Baltimore, Maryland, where he reviewed vendor contracts for accuracy and advised city agencies on municipal governance matters.

"We are thrilled to have yet another experienced and knowledgeable attorney to assist with the growing Bankruptcy operations at both of our offices," said Brian A. Potestivo, president and managing attorney.

Segal received his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., in 2008. While attending GW Law, Segal served as Moot Court Board President from 2007 through 2008. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in philosophy and political science from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts in 2002.

Segal will operate out of the firm's Rochester Hills, Michigan, office. The firm also has offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Chicago.
