Credit Suisse Names Head of CMBS Research

""Credit Suisse"":http://www.credit-suisse.com has hired Roger Lehman as managing director and head of commercial-mortgage backed securities (CMBS) research.

Lehman, who will join Credit Suisse August 1, will be responsible for research and analysis that will support the bank's re-entry into CMBS origination as well as its secondary trading desk.

Lehman was among the top-ranked CMBS analysts for each of the past 12 years in the _Institutional Investor_ All America Fixed Income Research Team survey.

He joins Credit Suisse from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was most recently co-head of structured finance research. He holds an M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago.

Credit Suisse provides investment banking, private banking, and asset management services. Based in Switzerland, the bank has a U.S. headquarters in New York.
