JVI Solutions LLC, a nationwide appraisal and inspection services provider, and Active Data Technologies Inc., the parent company of Foreclosure.com, announced Wednesday that the two Florida-based firms have forged a technology partnership which they describe as ""game-changing."" The joint venture will soon introduce a proprietary automated home appraisal and broker price opinion (BPO) system that integrates interactive analytical data into a mobile platform.

Veros Real Estate Solutions and JVI Solutions LLC announced the launch of VeroINSIGHT this week. It&'s a comprehensive property condition report to address new regulatory guidance surrounding collateral evaluations. According to the two companies, VeroINSIGHT goes beyond existing collateral evaluation products by uniformly capturing aspects of the property's current condition, as well as its general marketability.

JVI Appraisal Division LLC recently announced that long-time appraiser and real estate economist Bill Pittenger has joined the company as president. Pittenger will also hold the title of the firm's chief economist. He brings four decades of experience in real estate, valuation, economic analysis, and forecasting to the JVI team. Earlier in his career, Pittenger held senior appraiser positions at two of the nation's federal banking agencies.

JVI Appraisal Division, LLC, has hired long time appraiser and real estate economist William L. Pittenger as president and chief economist. The appraiser owned and operated appraisal management company, based in Lake Mary, Florida, has been in operation for more than 20 years.
