Pro Teck Valuation Services, a national provider of residential real estate valuations headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, on Wednesday introduced its new Intelligent Quality Control solution.

While automated valuation models (AVMs) on their own do not address property condition - since that requires an actual visit to the physical property - REALcondition Report is based on an in-person exterior assessment.

Platinum Data Solutions, a California-based provider of comprehensive appraisal review and collateral valuation technologies, appointed Ray Petta as a consultant focusing on brand building and business development.
