Veros Real Estate Solutions has expanded its third-party product offering through VeroSELECT with an intelligent automated valuation model (iAVM) from IntelliReal. The platform is designed to route and return AVMs and other forms of valuation products with secure management of vendors, users, products, and services.

Active Data Technologies Inc., a Florida-based creator of custom REO Web sites, released a statement this week announcing that the company recently completed a pilot REO offer management platform for Fannie Mae. The program, available through the GSE's HomePath Web site allows agents representing homebuyers or investors to submit offers online to purchase Fannie Mae-owned properties in three test markets: Orlando, Florida; San Diego, California; and Wayne County, Michigan.

Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) has teamed up with Fannie Mae to provide its brokers and agents with a service designed to shorten the time they have to wait for approval from the GSE on short sale transactions. MRED provides property listing services in northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin, and northwest Indiana. This week, the company announced the availability of the Fannie Mae Short Sale Assistance Desk for its coverage area. The tool has already been employed by MLSs in Florida and Nevada, and agents there are seeing the benefits.

DataQuick, an independent provider of real estate information, analysis, and solutions, now offers lenders and servicers access to Home Value Explorer (HVE) through the company's Collateral Validation solution. Access to this Freddie Mac automated valuation model (AVM) is part of DataQuick's collateral risk management platform.

IndiSoft, a Maryland-based technology development firm that focuses on systems for the default services industry, announced Tuesday that Arvind G. Chitale has joined the company's advisory board. Chitale, CFO of Washington, D.C.- based Rodman's Discount Stores, will advise IndiSoft in business and financial matters.

HomeFree-USA recently revealed its success in assisting struggling homeowners by using HOPE LoanPort, a Web-based system to submit home retention applications to mortgage servicers. HomeFree-USA, which oversees a network of 65 housing counseling agencies, endorses the HOPE LoanPort system for eliminating lost paperwork and reducing decision times on loan modification applications.

Collateral Analytics, a provider of automated valuation models (AVMs) and real estate analytic tools for the mortgage lending industry, and Valuation Partners, a national real estate valuations provider, recently announced a partnership venture. The move will improve Valuation Partners' current hybrid valuation solutions, according to a statement from the companies.

Maponics, a provider of location-based data, plans to offer a subdivision boundaries product for vast U.S. coverage, mapping more than 500,000 subdivisions by year-end. According to the company, the real estate industry has long recognized that the immediate area surrounding properties significantly impacts home values, but up until now has had no reliable and systematic source for subdivision boundary data.

Standard & Poor's, a provider of independent credit ratings, indices, risk evaluation, investment research, and data, announced yesterday that Trepp clients now have access to S&P's CMBS research headlines via the Trepp platform. Trepp is a provider of CMBS and commercial mortgage information, analytics, and technology.

IndiSoft, a Maryland technology development firm that focuses on systems for the default services industry, was awarded the U.S. Government Services Administration (GSA) IT 70 Schedule contract, allowing the company to provide default management technology to government agencies. IndiSoft's mortgage technology is now available on GSA Advantage, the government's electronic ordering system.
