Title365 Opens New Arizona Branches

""Title365 Agency"":https://www.title365.com/Default.aspx, a nationwide provider of title insurance and escrow services, is moving forward with its Arizona expansion with the opening of two new branch offices in Glendale and Scottsdale.

The teams at both locations possess wide-ranging expertise closing diverse types of escrows, including residential and commercial resale, REO, refinance, short sales, new construction, subdivisions, seller carrybacks, wraps, and 1031 exchanges. The Scottsdale office will be managed by industry veteran Christina Mott, while Bambi Garza will head up the Glendale office's efforts.

Mott began her career with the Land Title Association in Littleton, Colorado, and has served as an acclaimed escrow officer and branch manager for First American Title, LandAmerica Transnation, and Pioneer Title Agency. Most recently, she was a senior escrow officer at Driggs Title Agency in Scottsdale she and her team have worked side by side for years in the area.

Garza, a native of Phoenix, brings exception escrow knowledge that comes from having worked thousands of escrows over her 14-year career, ranging from simple refinance transactions to the most complex of files. She started in the settlement services industry at Grand Canyon Title as a receptionist and worked her way up to the role of senior escrow officer and interim manager.
