Encore Equities, a subsidiary of Dallas-based ""Encore Enterprises, Inc."":, recently appointed Jeremiah Sunden as
[IMAGE] [COLUMN_BREAK]VP of capital markets. He will be responsible for cultivating Encore's investor network and identifying projects that meet the company's investment criteria.
Sunden brings seven years' experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, development, and finance to his new position.
Prior to joining Encore, he was VP of Kinsman Equity Partners, LLC, where he placed equity capital on behalf of investor and developer clients through relationships with high net-worth investors, private equity groups, and fund managers.
A licensed Texas real estate broker, Sunden has consistently been ranked by the _Dallas Business Journal_ as a commercial real estate ""Heavy Hitter."" In addition, he is a member of the CCIM Institute.
