In today's economy, many commercial properties are in jeopardy because the mortgages and balloon payments are coming due and refinancing options are limited. To compound the problem, many property owners are unaware of the commercial loan modification programs available that can save the property and secure their investment.

Signature Associates explained that SMS will guide clients through the process of property and market evaluation, crafting a hardship letter, workout proposal, mediation/negotiation, and loan modification.

""We have long-standing relationships with banks, life companies, pensions, special services, and borrowers,"" said Bruce A. Morrison, managing director of Signature Mortgage Solutions. ""They know us. They trust us. Finding a win/win middle ground is what we do.""

Signature Associates, with offices throughout Michigan and in Ohio, provides a diversity of services to the commercial real estate market, including industrial, office, and retail brokerage; investment sales; property and asset management; market research; mortgage banking; and advisory services.
