The creditor's rights law firm Gerner & Kearns, Co., L.P.A. has announced the expansion of its default practice group into the state of Michigan. Franco M. Barile Esq., a senior associate will the firm, will serve as lead attorney with respect to its Michigan practice. He also leads the Cleveland office of Gerner & Kearns.
