California-based real estate software applications provider RES.NET has added customized technology services to its suite of products, according to an announcement from the company.

RES.NET, a California-based software applications firm serving the real estate industry, has partnered with Fay Servicing to provide Fay's clients access to RES.NET's expansive network of agents and vendors through the company's REO Portal.

RES.NET unveiled plans to enhance Agent Portal with several new features. One newly added feature will give agents the ability to order title and closing services. RES.NET also developed its own e-signature technology as part of an effort to further simplify and expedite real estate transactions.

RES.NET is expanding beyond the world of defaults and into the realm of traditional real estate, the company announced. Originally introduced in 2004 as a technology solution for the default space, the California-based firm has evolved its platform to enhance retail (or traditional) real estate transactions.

RES.NET introduced an offer submission link tool for real estate agents. Through the new tool, agents who use RES.NET's Agent Portal can post Web links to the MLS and other marketing websites.

RES.NET announced its Short Sale portal has received an upgrade. Enhancements to the portal include improved tracking functionality and new tasks to help servicers adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.

USRES, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiary, RES.NET, announced the addition of Angela Hurst to its executive team.

RES.NET recently launched a customer loyalty program for real estate agents. RES Rewards, the program’s name, is free and allows members to collect points by completing tasks throughout the system such as using the connect tool, referring a friend, and renewing a membership.

RES.NET, an infrastructure of diverse real estate professionals and supporting software applications, has recently launched a new tool embedded within all RES.NET portals called Connect. Connect enables all parties involved in the sale of a property to connect to each other and track the progress of their real estate transaction, regardless of sale type. This new tool enables the real estate industry to update their communications, and create a similar environment to that which is found in social media sites, the company explained.

The technology firm RES.NET, Inc. is adding a Short Sale Portal to its Accelerated Management Platform (AMP) to provide mortgage servicers with tools to manage the short sale workflow process and connect with their borrowers and representing listing agents. The company is also launching a HomeOwner Portal, a secure application borrowers can go to in order to complete the short sale application and stay abreast of the status of their transaction through direct links with the servicer and listing agent.
