Freddie Mac Offering Broker-Agent Bonus for REOs Sold in Vegas

""Freddie Mac"":http://www.freddiemac.com is offering a $1,000 selling agent bonus on its REO homes in the Las Vegas area, for which an offer is received by May 16, with escrow closed by July 1.

REO buyers are getting an incentive too. Freddie Mac will pay up to 3.5 percent of the closing cost on purchases that meet the offer and escrow deadlines outlined above.

These offers are valid only on Freddie Mac's ""HomeSteps"":http://www.HomeSteps.com homes sold to owner-occupant buyers. HomeSteps is the GSE's real estate sales unit for its bank-owned properties.

Some HomeSteps homes also will come with a two-year ""Home Protect"":http://www.HomeSteps.com/smartbuy limited home warranty that covers electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and other major systems and appliances. Home Protect also provides discounts of up to 30 percent on the purchase of appliances.

Real estate agents and brokers across the Las Vegas metro area will be holding open houses for HomeSteps homes on Saturday, April 30.
