Utah's first full-service real estate foreclosure center was opened this month in Taylorsville by ""RCI Realty"":http://www.rciut.com/default.asp, a real estate firm based in Cottonwood Heights.

The new center has a team of experts trained in all fields to educate homeowners and investors about buying and selling foreclosed properties, and interested individuals have free access to attorneys who can guide them through the legal maze that often accompanies these processes.

In an effort to help distressed homeowners stay in their homes, the center offers free education and training on a multitude of topics such as loan modification services. And it provides approved legal counsel to further assist these at-risk homeowners in their specific situations.

The center's foreclosure team also provides short sale options and knowledge of the foreclosure process. According to RCI, its foreclosure specialists have short sale and foreclosure resource designations, which less than 5 percent of agents have.

And for those interested in investing in foreclosed properties, the center offers free lists of bank-owned properties, short sale properties, and other homes and investment opportunities.

""RCI has a special team of real estate experts that researches and makes available any new real estate deals within one hour of hitting the market,"" said Jayson Critchfield, principal broker of RCI Realty. ""This allows real estate investors the earliest access to the best buys in the real estate market.""
