Sponsored by the city of Las Vegas, the event was organized by ""Housing for Nevada"":http://www.housingfornevada.org/ and the ""Alliance for Stabilizing Communities"":http://www.bankofamerica.com/community/index.cfm?template=cdb_allstabicomm, a national partnership including the National Urban League (NUL), National Council of La Raza (NCLR), and the National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development (National CAPACD), with the support of ""Bank of America"":http://www.bankofamerica.com.

The fair was designed to provide homeowners facing financial hardship with resources to help them stay in their homes. Residents can take advantage of face-to-face sessions with loan specialists, housing counselors, lenders, and attorneys, and attend informative workshops on options available.

Attendees can also gain information on local services related to education, job placement, and public benefits, among others.
