Through the Commercial Loan Default Symposium, DAG will provide education to help industry professionals learn more about the commercial real estate environment. The event is free, but by invitation only.

""We are pleased to now offer our colleagues and clients on the commercial side the same high quality training program we've offered residential servicers for over 7 years,"" said Tom Fritzlen, DAG's Commercial and Litigation Committee Chairman and a Partner at Martin, Leigh, Laws & Fritzlen, PC in Missouri and Kansas. ""By combining the talents of our firms, we can provide national perspective on industry issues with state specifics from our 21 states of representation, all in one training event,"" Fritzlen added.

Attendees should expect to learn various aspects of commercial real estate including the basics of the commercial foreclosure process; practical steps to take when approaching a loan modification or forbearance agreement; and how to work with tenants during foreclosure.
