a statement. ""The cost to carry is then overlaid by an estimation of like rent and identifies the perceived savings by the tenant by remaining or vacating the subject property.""

SingleSource points out that borrowers are more sophisticated than in the past and have a better understanding of the eviction process.

The company says its new calculator tool can be used to pinpoint a figure that will motivate a hold-over tenant to take action, while providing a definable cost-benefit analysis that assures investors of a positive net present value.

SingleSource explained that its development staff utilized many interdependent variables in the creation of the new cash for keys tool, which can be customized to fit any organization's asset disposition policy.

SingleSource is a provider of integrated mortgage services and property management solutions. Headquartered in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania, the firm maintains a national network with service coverage in all 50 states, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
