legal environment,"" said Managing Partner Dan Consuegra. ""Adding Fannie Mae eligibility to our Freddie Mac designation allows our firm to provide an additional level of legal services to meet our clients' needs.""

The Law Offices of Daniel C. Consuegra is an AV-rated, full-service creditors' rights firm, with a team of 17 attorneys and over 250 support staff. In addition to foreclosure and bankruptcy representation, the firm provides services related to loss mitigation, collections, commercial litigation, title litigation, and real estate closings.

Fannie Mae de-listed the controversial foreclosure mill the Law Offices of David J. Stern, P.A. from its approved attorney network and instructed its servicers to begin transferring pending cases to other firms ""earlier this month"":http://dsnews.comarticles/gse-tells-servicers-to-transfer-foreclosure-cases-from-stern-law-firm-2010-11-11.

The GSE says it is in the process of adding several new firms to the Retained Attorney Network list for the state of Florida, and has reportedly sent retention letters to at least eight other firms in the state.
