Potestivo & Associates Promotes Title Coordinator to Attorney Team

Lichtman is located in the firm's Rochester Hills, Michigan, office where he assists with its Illinois operations. Lichtman has an established presence at the firm, as he has been employed employed as a title coordinator/law clerk at the Rochester Hills office since March 2013.

In 2002, Lichtman completed his bachelor's degree in communications at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He also holds master's degree in journalism from Marquette University, where he graduated in 2004. In May 2012, Lichtman earned his J.D. at the University of Detroit Mercy Law School.

Prior to joining Potestivo & Associates, P.C., Lichtman worked for more than two years as a title review law clerk at a Detroit area law firm. During his final year of law school, he was a member of the Veterans Appellate Clinic and assisted with representing disabled veterans before the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

Lichtman is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association. He areas of practice include real property law, creditors' rights, and title resolution.

Potestivo & Associates has provided legal services to the real estate finance and credit industry for more than 23 years. The firm is headquartered in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and maintains full-service operations in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Chicago, Illinois.
