Lehman Structured Finance Exec Named Integrated Asset Services’ CEO

Default management and residential valuation provider ""Integrated Asset Services, LLC"":http://www.iaservices.com (IAS) has named former Lehman Brothers executive Paul E. Sveen as its new CEO.

A 25-year veteran of the industry, IAS says Sveen was recognized for his solutions-based approach to client relationship development.

Sveen spent 19 years with Lehman Brothers, where he held executive leadership roles in the firm's structured finance and securitization businesses, and at Aurora Loan Services, Lehman's largest residential mortgage company.

Sveen is focused on enhancing IAS's suite of products and services to address the systemic challenges currently facing the residential mortgage industry.

Denver-based Integrated Asset Services offers end-to-end mortgage service solutions, including valuation, data analytics, reconciliation, and full cycle REO disposition.

In addition, the company's Statebridge affiliate provides custom, high-touch special loan servicing for the mortgage industry, while its IntelliReal affiliate brings real estate intelligence to the financial services market in the form of data analytics and automated property valuations.
