Safeguard Properties issued a notice Thursday announcing the appointments of four individuals to its executive and management teams. Michael Greenbaum has been named to the newly created position of VP, REO. Apryl Seide was appointed as the company's general counsel. Jennifer Anspach has been promoted to director of finance and accounting, and Russ Klein has been named director of quality control.

Real Info, Inc., a national technology provider of real estate data and automated valuation models (AVMs), is offering AVMs with property condition reports designed to meet new regulatory appraisal and evaluation guidelines. Real Info contracted with Safeguard Properties, the nation's largest privately held mortgage field services company, to provide third party condition inspection reporting with full photo documentation.

Safeguard Properties recently teamed with default servicing veteran Brandon Kirkham to launch Texas-based Compliance Connections. The newly formed company provides technology-assisted solutions and fulfillment services in the areas of code violation and compliance. Kirkham will serve as president of the new company.

Safeguard Properties, the largest privately held mortgage field services company in the country, recently promoted Michael Halpern to director of community initiatives. In this role, Halpern will manage Safeguard's newly created government relations department, which includes working with code enforcement departments, city councils, community organizations, and state entities to establish stronger partnerships on behalf of Safeguard's clients.
