New Smart Phone App Matches Home Seekers to Foreclosures

Hartland, Wisconsin-based ""Visionary Apps LLC"":http://www.visionaryapps.com, a smart phone application developer, recently announced the third release of its suite of real estate-related smart phone applications, Complete Realty Suite 2.0, which the company says features increased speed, stability, and functionality.

Complete Realty Suite apps include millions of listings nationwide from multiple sources, including MLS listings. Depending on a user's needs, the free app includes three applications for download - Complete Foreclosures, Complete Homes, and Complete Rentals.

According to a statement from Visionary Apps, Complete Realty Suites apps reached the top 10 most downloaded business apps on iTunes within the first week of release.

Available on iPhone, iPad, and iPhone Touch, the app is changing the way consumers conduct home searches and how real estate and management professionals connect with and assist potential homebuyers and renters, the company claims.

The 2.0 version includes an interactive map that updates listings in real-time as users pan and zoom, with high-resolution images and icons, among other features.
