Urban Lending Solutions Taps Industry Veteran for Chief Strategy Role

Forgas, formerly CEO of National Real Estate Information Services (NREIS), will help set the strategic direction for Urban Lending Solutions and head up the firm's sales and marketing efforts.

In his former role as CEO of NREIS and its subsidiaries, Forgas was responsible for all day-to-day operations and decisions for the family of companies. Prior to joining NREIS in 1996, Forgas was a certified public accountant and partner in a large regional accounting firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Forgas has been active in issues facing the residential real estate services industry through the Title/Appraisal Vendor Management Association (TAVMA) and the Real Estate Service's Providers Council (RESPRO).

He is a past-president of TAVMA and has been a member of its executive committee since its formation. He is also a member of the RESPRO board of directors.

Urban Lending Solutions is headquartered in Pittsburgh. Since 2007, the company has achieved 1624 percent growth in revenue, as a provider of loan modifications, valuations, and other real estate information solutions for the residential mortgage business.
