Residential Credit Solutions Deploys IndiSoft’s RxOffice Loss Mitigation

""IndiSoft"":http://www.indisoft.us, a Maryland technology development firm that focuses on systems for the default services industry, announced that ""Residential Credit Solutions"":https://www.residentialcredit.com (RCS) has deployed the company's RxOffice Loss Mitigation module.

RCS, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is an integrated investment and servicing company focused on credit-sensitive residential mortgage loans. According to IndiSoft, the module streamlines RCS's processes while improving operating efficiencies for supporting loans in default.

""IndiSoft's technology offers a level of transparency that allows our clients to improve their internal default management processes as well as communication with their business partners,"" said Karun Khanna, COO of IndiSoft. ""This is a crucial time to help companies in both the loss mitigation and default services space to operate as efficiently as possible. They need to remain competitive and meet the increased demands from every angle of the market from customers, to vendors, to regulatory changes.""

The RxOffice Loss Mitigation module allows RCS to receive loans in default from its clients or investors and work with borrowers to gather needed information and supporting documentation.

""Improving processes means quicker resolution for borrowers in distress, which allows RCS to take on a greater volume of loans to service,"" said Mark Rogers, RCS's chief administrative officer. ""With the RxOffice Loss Mitigation module, we have reduced the amount of time spent in the decisioning process.""
