New Cleveland Title Agency Extends Lines of Service Nationally

Leslie Rennell, former president and CEO of Cleveland-based Resource Title Agency Inc. (Resource Title), has announced the formation and launch of ""Resource Title National Agency, Inc."":http://www.rtnai.com/ (Resource National), which has purchased some of the business assets of Resource Title. Rennell will now serve in the role of owner and CEO of Resource National.

Resource National, also headquartered in the Cleveland area, is an independent, family-owned agency providing full title insurance and escrow services. The company will provide national lines of service in commercial, REO/default, and relocation markets, as well as traditional title and settlement services throughout Ohio and nationwide.

""We will adopt Resource Title's traditional focus on meeting customer needs efficiently and quickly,"" Rennell said. ""We will be committed to using technology, experience, and the work ethic of our team to be flexible and receptive to the expectations of our clients.""

Resource National's client base includes law firms, corporations, real estate investment trusts (REITs), Realtors, real estate brokers, developers, mortgage lenders, and home builders. With a wide range of both local and national clients, the company customizes programs and processes to the needs of its customers.
