According to Porath, by streamlining the REO sales process, the REO division at Titleserv National will reduce the overall closing cycle while remaining within the service levels and expectations set forth by the lender.

""As we make the process far less complicated, we're helping the banks sell properties faster and more efficiently,"" he said.

Porath has more than 20 years' experience in mortgage sales and lending. Before joining Titleserv, he was VP and senior lending manager for JPMorgan Chase. He also previously held executive positions with Charter One Bank, GMAC, and Norwest Mortgage.

""We're thrilled to have someone with the depth of knowledge and experience that John Porath possesses,"" said James J. Conway III, Titleserv's founder and CEO. ""John's skill at developing new business brings exciting opportunities for our clients.""

Founded in 1986, Titleserv provides title insurance, appraisal, and settlement services for both residential and commercial customers. The company operates in 47 states domestically and in select international markets.
