Safeguard Announces Executive and Management Appointments

""Safeguard Properties"":http://www.safeguardproperties.com, one of the largest privately held mortgage field services companies in the country, has announced four new appointments to its executive and management teams.

Scott Wilson has been named to the newly created position of VP of property preservation. He will lead all aspects of Safeguard's property preservation service line, including for pre-foreclosure properties. Prior to joining Safeguard, Wilson helped to build the consulting practices at both WBC Group and Integrated Data Solutions. Wilson is a distinguished graduate of Ohio State University, with a focus on business.

Amitha Rao now serves as director of enterprise information management. Rao directs all aspects of data management, data modeling, metadata management, data quality and governance, data warehouse, ETL (extract, transform, and load), and business intelligence reporting and analytics solutions. Rao previously worked for various consulting firms in Boston serving clients in multiple industries. She worked on the Human Genome Project and various proteomics projects. Rao has an M.S. in physics.

Dennis Hoye has taken on the role of corporate controller for Safeguard. Hoye leads the corporate accounting and tax functions. Prior to joining the company, he held financial leadership positions at GOJO Industries and Cole National. Hoye is a CPA and has earned an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University and a B.S. in accounting from Ohio Northern University.

Adam Szczesniak has been appointed director of infrastructure services. He is responsible for IT infrastructure at Safeguard Properties. Szczesniak has held positions in various IT functions at Eaton Corporation, CompuCom Systems, and KeyCorp. He earned an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University and a B.S. in business administration from Bowling Green State University.
