Mroczka joined MCS at the start of 2007 as VP of finance. Since then, she has pursued new technologies to improve processes and strengthen internal controls both within her department and throughout the organization. MCS says Mroczka has also built a staff of financial professionals performing requisite functions at above-par standards.
