Mortgage Contracting Services Announces Key Promotions

""Mortgage Contracting Services LLC"":http://www.mcs360.com/site/default.aspx (MCS), a nationwide provider of property preservation, inspections, and REO property maintenance to the financial services industry, has announced the promotions of Judy Mroczka to SVP of finance and Laura Bast Nold to VP of human resources.

Mroczka joined MCS at the start of 2007 as VP of finance. Since then, she has pursued new technologies to improve processes and strengthen internal controls both within her department and throughout the organization. MCS says Mroczka has also built a staff of financial professionals performing requisite functions at above-par standards.

Prior to her work at MCS, Mroczka held CFO, controller, and other financial executive positions at various multi-national companies including Zygo Corporation, United Technologies Corporation, and Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. Mroczka also boasts an audit background with Grant Thornton LLP.

Nold also joined MCS in 2007, assuming the role of a senior human resources manager when the company had just opened its second location outside of Dallas. In the past four years, she has pioneered recruiting efforts to add an auxiliary Tampa office as well as triple MCS' workforce.

MCS says her leadership remains critical at sustaining HR consistency and communication between the three sites. She is responsible for benefits administration, compensation, training, and legislative compliance as well.

Nold previously worked in various human resources positions. She has completed a certificate program in Human Resources Management and earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2006. Nold is also active in and a past board member of national human resource associations.
