FGMC Has Access to MortgageKeeper’s Database Through Partnership

FGMC customer service representatives will have continuous, web-based access to over 6,000 nonprofit and government services through the partnership.

While working with customers facing financial hardships, FGMC representatives will be able to tap into as many as 20 service categories, including job training, food assistance and utility payment assistance. Current subscribers to the database are connecting their customers to over 2,700 resources a day, according to a company release.
