RealtyProx uses more than 100 pre-written notifications and automated tasks to keep all parties in a transaction informed, leaving the listing agent free to focus on sales and prospecting. The software is designed to cut short sale package preparation time by up to 70%.

""Everybody loves free tools, and we made sure there's plenty of them in this version. Among our most popular tools are PDF splitter, free unlimited eFax and one-click document packaging,"" said Vladas Krivickas, marketing director of RealtyProx. ""Even our pricing structure diverges radically from what's considered industry standards. RealtyProx does not charge any upfront fees, including set-up or monthly fees; the only way a listing agent incurs a fee is when a short sale deal is successfully closed.""

RealtyProx is an Illinois-based software developer specializing in real estate transaction automation and management.
