[IMAGE]The Scam Detector app is a free mobile and web-based application designed to expose and give details on more than 550 scams across all industries. The app teaches consumers how these scams work and what can be done to prevent financial fraud.
The company announced in March that Scam Detector won in this year's Alberta Consumer Champion Awards, an annual event held to recognize individuals, organizations, businesses, and media that demonstrate commitment to protecting and educating consumers.
