New $99 Real Estate Website Builder to Launch in October

Kurt Lynn had a single clear objective when he set out to design a website platform for real estate professionals.

""Our mission was simple: We wanted to change the game,"" he says.

Surprised by the various costs and subscription fees that Realtors and other professionals must pay for website package services, Lynn created ""WebsiteBox"":http://launch.websitebox.com/, a single-purchase $99 real estate website platform.

""Realtors are being asked to pay much higher for technology that, in any other area, would be a lot cheaper,"" Lynn said. ""We wanted to include everything in a single package that they needed to be successful on the Internet.""

For $99, customers receive access to a platform that includes customized content, integrated MLS/IDX support, and a visitor area designed to allow clients to search and mark properties they may be interested in.

In addition, WebsiteBox includes apps with various functionalities, including calendars, document managers, and client relationship managers so users can easily keep notes on client needs.

For an extra $10, users can purchase a branded domain for their website.

Lynn said that although company's first priority is giving buyers the best value, WebsiteBox is also working to keep the platform simple while still offering complex customization for more tech-literate users. To that end, WebsiteBox can provide content to use to set up a site quickly. Some beta testers have reportedly managed to create websites from start to finish within 30 minutes.

""We feel if the Realtor can use a word processor, they can manage the content,"" Lynn said.

WebsiteBox is scheduled to launch October 1.
