Internet Technology Companies Integrate Services with Partnership

Headquartered in Mishawaka, Indiana, Data-Vision[IMAGE] provides Internet lending technologies that enable mortgage lenders to implement Web portal and e-lending capabilities. Sollen Technologies, headquartered in Dallas, is an Internet-based application services provider of product, pricing, and best execution capabilities for the mortgage industry.

In a statement, the companies announced the details of the integration. Specifically, clients of Data-Vision's LoanQuoter consumer direct lending portal will present

product and pricing data maintained within Sollen Technologies' services via an interactive pricing tool, which creates accurate rate sheets for loan officers and provides a rate feed that can automatically update the user's LoanQuoter site.

According to the announcement, the Sollen system monitors the lender's investors and continuously updates the lender's rates. Lenders can update and re-publish rates at their convenience and use a mix of portfolio products, correspondent investors, as well as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
