Shinde has a dual background in the development of technological domains as well as client communications[IMAGE] [COLUMN_BREAK]
and problem resolution. He has worked in the mortgage banking, mortgage insurance, energy, and utility industries.

Shinde was a designer, developer, and project manager at ITShastra India Pvt. Ltd. in India prior to accepting the position with IndiSoft. He also worked with UK-based clients as an associate system engineer with IBM India Pvt. Ltd.
Shinde received his master's degree in computer applications from Pune University in India.
