Since launching, the site has grown. It now has listings in 32 languages across more than 70 countries and territories. Visitors can also check prices in 31 currencies and get news on the real estate world through a detailed news feed.

""Consumers have an appetite for a website that gives them not only the home listings from around the world, but in their own language and in their own currency,"" said William E. Soteroff, RE/MAX's executive vice president of U.S. and international regional development. ""The real estate market is truly global, and buyers are no longer just looking in their own cities, they're looking for homes half a world away, and Global.remax.com is delivering.""

The website's growth illustrates the continued expansion of RE/MAX as a worldwide real estate company. The company sold 725 franchises and added eight new countries in 2011, and 2012 has seen the arrival of three more countries to RE/MAX's network. The company has a presence in more than 80 countries.

RE/MAX is headquartered in Denver, Colorado and is recognized as a leading real estate franchise company.
